Louisville Hosts Big East Opponent USF

Louisville (14-1) is coming off their win at Seton Hall on Wednesday and is talking on another Big East team in University of South Florida (9-5). The Cards used a second half rally and depth of their bench to beat the Pirates 73-58 for their first Big East road victory.

USF is coming off two Big East losses, the latest against Villanova 63-51 on Wednesday. The Bulls started off their Big East season by losing to Syracuse 55-44.

The Bulls are third in the Big East in both 3-point field goal percentage (53%) and 3-point percentage defense (28%). USF is lead by red shirt junior, Victor Rudd, transfer from Arizona State. In his first season with the Bulls he is averaging over 11 points a game and almost eight rebounds a game. He has been their leading scorer in five games and their leading rebounder in six games.

The game will be at the KFC YUM! Center today at 4:00 PM and televised on ESPN 3 and WHAS.
