As first reported by USA Today’s George Schroeder, star running back and 2011 BCS Title Game MVP Michael Dyer is headed to the University of Louisville. After being added to the University’s Registrar Office’s files, it now seems that Louisville has earned another piece to the national contention puzzle.
Despite the two quality backs in Senorise Perry and Dominique Brown, the two pale in comparison to Dyer, who hasn’t played since 2011, will be a key addition. He has question marks regarding his background, but he has said he wants to show he’s of good character. If all works out, Louisville will have an even better shot at an AAC Title and more. We’ve got less than one month until Bridgewater taking snaps and Dyer in the backfield. I’m getting antsier as the days go by.
Now, the University of Louisville can’t comment until he’s enrolled, but expect that coming soon.
USA Today reporting Michael Dyer to Louisville but Louisville spokesman just told me there has been no additions to the roster at this time.
