NCAA Stats/Ken Pom Rankings: Where Does Louisville Stand?


The Louisville Cardinals had a chance to beat Memphis in FedEx Forum but blew the lead late in the second half. The Cards wound up losing 72-66. U of L still has a shot to improve their 1-5 record against ranked teams as the Cards will play at #24 SMU Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast live on CBS Sports Network.

At 24-5, here’s a look at where the Cards find themselves in the updated NCAA statistical categories.

Louisville is 1st in scoring margin (20.8); T-2nd in steals per game (9.7); 2nd in turnover margin (6.9 Ratio); 10th in assist turnover ratio (1.52 Ratio); 11th in scoring offense (82.3 PPG); and 19th in scoring defense (61.5 OPP PPG).

U of L is ranked fifth in the Ken Pomeroy efficiency ratings. Arizona, Virginia, Duke, and Florida are the only teams ranked ahead of the Cards.
