We take a look at Louisville basketball’s next opponent and the five things that you need to know about the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

The Louisville basketball team will be looking to for their conference win of the season whenever they take the floor against Georgia Tech on Saturday afternoon. The Cardinals played Notre Dame to the wire, but weren’t able to finish the game and come away with the victory.

With that being said, things look to be much easier on Saturday against the Yellow Jackets.

Take a look at five things you need to know about the Georgia Tech basketball team:

5. They Just Got Destroyed By Duke On Wednesday Night

I guess Grayson Allen’s one-game suspension was long enough for him to learn from his tripping mistakes, as he led the Blue Devils to a 110-57 win over the Yellow Jackets. Duke did whatever they wanted to do on Wednesday night because each starter scored at least 10 points in their dominating performance.

This loss to Duke dropped the Yellow Jackets to 9-5 on the season and 1-1 in conference play.

It was a little surprising to see them get beat that bad, especially when they just knocked off #9 North Carolina the game before.

However, playing North Carolina and Duke in-a-row is a tough challenge for any college basketball team in America.
