6. Dream: Isaiah Horton

One of the biggest names in the portal at the moment is Alabama transfer Isaiah Horton. Louisville added an elite wide receiver in Tre Richardson, but adding someone like Horton, with his size and strength, would fit perfectly alongside the Vanderbilt transfer.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound receiver is ranked as high as No. 9 in the portal and is the second-best wide receiver, only behind Auburn transfer Cam Coleman, who ranks No. 4 in the portal. Horton was a former Miami commit after being ranked as a 4-star recruit out of high school.

He spent his first three years at Miami, catching 70 passes for 790 yards and 6 touchdowns, but entered the transfer portal and moved to Alabama. With Bama, he went on to earn 42 catches, 511 receiving yards, and eight touchdowns last season. It is an absolute long shot for the Cardinals, but it might be worth reaching out to try and pair him up with Isaac Brown, Lincoln Kienholz, and Richardson.
