2. Reach: DeSean Goode
With Louisville basketball having to rebuild majority of its roster, the Cardinals are likely to spread their money rather than going all in on just one player. Someone whom Pat Kelsey could contact and try to convince to come to Louisville is 4-star transfer DeSean Goode.
The Robert Morris transfer is expected to take the jump up to Power Four basketball this season as he ranks as high as No. 8 among power forwards in the Transfer Portal and No. 22 overall. The 6-foot-8, 230-pound power forward is a physical forward who plays a lot like J’Vonne Hadley.
Goode can back his defender down, is an elite slasher to the rim, and can make mid-range and floaters. Goode can do it all, averaging 15.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game last year for Robert Morris, while shooting 57.1 percent from 3-point range and 62.9 percent from the field.
