Moore is one of the top prospects in the portal, ranking No. 10 and No. 3 at wide receiver. The Texas transfer emerges as one of the top receivers in the portal after two seasons with the Longhorns. Moore logged a combined 77 catches for 988 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.
With Moore being one of the top transfers, a former Louisville commit, and having already visited the Cardinals, it certainly feels like Brohm has a legitimate chance of earning the 4-star commitment.
