1. Rising - Isaac Brown
Isaac Brown has proved that in just 18 carries, he is going to be the star for the Louisville Cardinals team. The Preseason All-American running back has exploded already in the 2025 season as he broke free for three touchdowns that were 50 yards or more, including his game-sealing 78-yard rushing touchdown against James Madison.
The All-ACC running back has earned 18 carries for rushing yards in two weeks. He logged six carries for 126 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1, and 12 carries for 104 yards and one touchdown in Week 2. Brown has shown nothing but dominance in his first two weeks, and Brohm and the fans can rely on him to break free for at least one big run.
Brown currently leads the nation in rushing yards, and he is doing it while averaging 12.8 yards per carry. Louisville's competition will begin to get a bit more challenging after the bye week, and it is crucial that Brohm feeds Brown the ball even more and establishes the run game against big-time opponents like Miami and Clemson.
