Greg Ward Jr. is a dynamic quarterback who has put the Houston Cougar football program back on the map. The Cougars beat Louisville last year, as Louisville turned the football over four times. Lamar Jackson probably had his worst game of the season, as Kyle Bolin had to come in and do the clean-up work for the Cardinals.

Ward Jr. absolutely killed Louisville last season. He threw for 236 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 98 yards.

Louisville cannot let Ward run wild in their game at Houston this season. They barely beat the Cardinals on the road 34-31, but they still came away with the victory. Houston will be looking to repeat that this season.

Houston also has high expectations this season as they went 13-1 last year, beating Florida State 38-24 in the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl. If Houston wants another 13-1 season, Ward will have to have another phenomenal season.
