Barnett is one of the best defensive players in the entire country. Ever since he stepped on the field for the Volunteers, he has been a big-time player harassing opposing offenses. If Louisville wasn’t able to land Walker in a trade, they would absolutely need to make an offer to bring Barnett to the Ville’.

CBS Sports has this to say about Barnett:

"Barnett recorded nine sacks (and 10 tackles for loss) over the Vols’ final eight games of the season, giving him almost identical numbers as a sophomore (69 tackles, 10 sacks) as those he’d posted a year earlier, earning him second-team All-SEC accolades by rival coaches and the Associated Press for the second consecutive year."

Barnett would also be a guy who Louisville could move to outside linebacker in their system. He has the ability to get a quick step on a lineman to get into the backfield, while also being a presence in the run game.

This would be a solid player for Louisville to bring into their squad that would set the tone against ACC powerhouses Clemson and Florida State.
