8. Oklahoma Sooners (9-2)

I am not sure that there is much that Oklahoma can do to make it into the playoffs this year, but at least they can still win the Big 12. They started the season 1-2 after losses to Houston and Ohio State, therefore finishing 10-2 with a conference championship should be seen as a legit accomplishment.

There is still one more game left against #11 Oklahoma State next weekend. It will be a rivalry game that will test the Sooners defense more than West Virginia could on Saturday night.

Baker Mayfield will be sure to keep playing hard for his team and will do everything he can to make sure that the committee respects what they have done this season.
