We take a look at five questions you should be asking about this Louisville basketball team after their win against Grand Canyon on Saturday night.

Well, it wasn’t pretty, that’s for sure. However, the Louisville basketball team was still able to pick up a win on the road at Grand Canyon.

Surprisingly, the Antelopes gave the Cardinals a tough fight all the way through. Every Louisville fan thought this would be a relaxing Saturday, but I guess we all should have seen this one coming.

Let’s hope this kind of thing never happens again.

With that being said, let’s take a look at five questions you should be asking about this year’s basketball team:

5. What Is Going On With Jaylen Johnson?

This is one of the most disappointing things about the basketball team over the past few games. Going into Atlantis, Johnson was one of the best players on the team and was dominating on the boards and in the scoring column. However, Johnson has been almost non-existent for the Cardinals and they are feeling the ramifications of his absence.

He only managed to score five points and grab four rebounds in the Cards’ win over Grand Canyon.

It was another poor performance from Jaylen Johnson, who needed to prove that he could get back on track against a mid-major program. There was not one time in this game where I felt he had control over the Antelopes.

He better pick up his game fast if Louisville wants any chance of beating Kentucky in a few weeks.
