The Louisville basketball team will be looking for their first ACC win whenever they take on Georgia Tech on Saturday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets finally provide an “easier” opponent for the Cardinals, after they just played four top 25 teams in-a-row.

With that being said, you should expect the Cards to handle business against the Yellow Jackets early in the game.

10. Will Louisville Get Their First Conference Win Of The Season?

It’s been a pretty rough start to the Cards’ conference play this season, but that doesn’t mean the past couple of weeks haven’t come without some successes. Beating Kentucky and Indiana proved that these guys are capable of playing with teams that can shoot the basketball and could be making deep runs in the tournament.

Yes, that means I’m am not giving up on the Hoosiers just yet.

With that being said, Georgia Tech presents a perfect opportunity for the Cardinals to pick up their first ACC win. The Yellow Jackets aren’t among the conference’s elite programs this season, therefore Louisville should be able to dominate the boards and come out with a win.
