8. Ray Spalding Is Growing Up Right Before Our Very Eyes

I don’t know about how you guys feel, but I have been extremely encouraged with Ray Spalding over the past few games. He has lost his “deer in the headlights” look and is starting to get aggressive on the court.

Needless to say, it’s been awesome to watch.

Spalding finished the game against the Yellow Jackets with 12 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, 2 blocks, and 6 points.

While we would love to see him contributing more in the scoring column, I think we all can be satisfied with 12 rebounds here and there, especially when he is causing havoc alongside Mahmoud on the defensive end.
