With the recent announcement of Nashville as the host city for the 2019 NFL Draft, we thought we would look ahead to see who on the current Louisville roster had the best chance of having their name called on draft day.

Louisville Football has had amazing NFL draft success recently. In the past 5 years, only Alabama and Ohio State have had more first round picks, while the Cards have had a total of 26 total picks since 2010.

The 2014 draft class holds the record with 3 first round picks that included Calvin Pryor, Marcus Smith, and Teddy Bridgewater. While in 2015 the Cards had a total of 10 players drafted total.

This year the Cardinals may not have a Heisman hopeful or a bunch of projected first rounders, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t NFL talent on this roster. In fact, this year could turn out to be one of the most all-around talented groups that the Cards have had offensively in some time.

Here is our list of the top 5 current Louisville Cardinals with the best chance of hearing their name called in the 2019 NFL Draft.
