The Louisville basketball program has six players on NBA rosters. With the new season officially underway we look at goals for each of those players.

The 2018-19 NBA season officially kicked off last night, with former Louisville basketball star, Terry Rozier and the Boston Celtics going head-to-head with the Philadelphia 76ers. With six former Cards on NBA rosters, there should be quite a bit of intrigue from Louisville fans heading into the year.

This season budding stars like Donovan Mitchell and Terry Rozier will be looking to take the next steps in their career after emerging onto the scene last year in a big way. Montrezl Harrell and Gorgui Dieng, who both have solid roles with their organization, will attempt to gain even more playing time and potentially even be moved to different squads to get the minutes they deserve.

On the other hand, Ray Spalding and Damion Lee- who are both new to the NBA scene- will attempt to prove to their respective teams that they are capable of playing a valued role in a rebuilding situation and in a championship run.

Let’s take a look at each former Card in the pros and what goals they should set for themselves during the 2018-2019 season.
