No. 8: Kwan Fore Wins A Significant ACC Award

Fore looked unflappable in Thursday’s game against Nicholls State. A specific example that comes to mind is midway through the second half when Fore missed both of his free throws…yes that’s what I said. Instead of getting frustrated, going full tilt and fouling on the way back on defense, Fore kept his head up and snagged a tipped rebound, and headed straight back to attacking the basket, scoring a quick bucket.

Along with his unheralded quickness, Fore’s leadership by example and tenacity will propel him to increased minutes off the bench and he’ll surely take advantage of them.

Summary: Fore is better than most think and contributes 8+ ppg off the bench on the way to an ACC 6th man award.
