CHRISTEN CUNNINGHAM. A+. CC’s performance tonight was about as perfect as you can get. Not only did he score 9 points 3/6 shooting (2/3 from 3pt) but most importantly he totaled 11 assists and had zero turnovers. This team goes as CC goes and I really believe he is only going to get better and more comfortable as ACC play continues.. PG. Louisville Cardinals

Louisville Cardinals. KHWAN FORE. B. Khwan Fore doesn’t really do much in the scoring column, but it’s his defense on the opposing team’s best guard that allows for Christen Cunningham to focus on on the offensive end. Though he was just 1/5 from the field, it was another all-around solid performance from the graduate transfer.. SG

B+. The great thing about Dwayne Sutton is that he doesn’t have to have a great game offensively to have a big impact for the Cards. Tonight was the perfect example of that, as he finished with 5 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal.. SF. Louisville Cardinals. DWAYNE SUTTON

A-. There’s honestly not a hotter offensive player in the ACC and maybe even in the country than Jordan Nwora. In the last two games, Nwora has scored 57 points on 22/32 shooting. Unreal. His scoring early is what helped Louisville get up big and never look back. He took great care of the ball as well and grabbed 8 rebounds. He is quickly becoming a real NBA prospect (I know, I know it sucks to hear that).. PF. Louisville Cardinals. JORDAN NWORA

B+. Malik Williams got off to an extremely hot start putting up 10 points in the first half, and was a big reason for Louisville’s big lead. He continues to get more and more comfortable around the paint and the energy he brings on both sides of the floor is undeniably important to the success of this team. You would have liked to see him play a bit better in the second half, but with the way Steven Enoch was scoring, it was the right call for Mack to let the big man keep going.. PF. Louisville Cardinals. MALIK WILLIAMS

Louisville Cardinals. V.J. KING. C. I’ve begun to accept that the VJ King we are seeing is who is going to be for the rest of the season. King is struggling offensively but continues to play hard on the other end of the floor. The junior scored 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds, but allowed a bunch of easy buckets when he was in.. SF

After his best game as a Cardinal against UNC, Enoch struggled against BC. But tonight against Georgia Tech the aggressive Enoch we saw last weekend was back. He finished with 15 points on 6/9 shooting and 6 rebounds, while only picking up 3 fouls. Considering how good James Banks was for GT, it was nice to see Enoch not foul out or be relegated to the bench because of foul trouble.. C. Louisville Cardinals. STEVEN ENOCH. A

PG. Louisville Cardinals. RYAN MCMAHON. B-. Ryan McMahon definitely didn’t look like the guy we’ve seen the last few weeks, but that was expected due to the ankle injury. He went 0/2 from the field but did play some great defense against Khalid Moore and was able to get other guys going. Hopefully a few days off will help him get back to normal before NC State.

PG. Louisville Cardinals. DARIUS PERRY. C-. Playing close to his hometown, Perry had a lot of family in for this one but just wasn’t able to get it going. It was obvious he was forcing things. He finished with 4 points on 7 shots and also had 2 turnovers.

A. Jo Griffin was the only perfect player tonight, going 1/1 for 2 points. For sure considered him as the game MVP.. PG. Louisville Cardinals. JO GRIFFIN

Louisville will have a huge matchup on Wednesday night back at home, when former Rick Pitino assistant Kevin Keats will bring his 17th ranked Wolfpack team into town. After two games against subpar opponents, we’ll get a better idea of how much this team has improved since the North Carolina game.

Winning games against Boston College and Georgia Tech is great, but picking up another big win against a top 25 NET & KenPom team would be huge, considering what the Cards have coming up in February.
