Performance of the Year: Ryan McMahon vs Michigan State

Ryan was on absolute fire. He cemented himself into the Louisville lore that night and rightfully so.

Honorable Mention: Steve Enoch @ UNC (17 points, 11 rebounds)

Best Theme Night: Beach Party Night

As ACC play began, so did our theme nights for the Ville’ns. Glad to have Beach Night and Coach Mack’s first ever ACC win as the Louisville coach on the same night.

We had a squid costume, a giant inflatable palm tree (that I’m pretty sure I broke), and a scuba diver in the student section that night. Needless to say we served as pretty good defense on free throws in the second half.

Team 105 MVP: Christen Cunningham

CC was a leader. He was tough, he never gave up, and he was the rock of the team. He was more than what we expected. Thank you CC.

Mr. Clutch: Jordan Nwora

Seconds later he also made the game winning block. Yeah, the guy was pretty clutch.

Mr. Toughness: Dwayne Sutton

The do-it-all Louisville native has been a glue guy for us ever since he got here.

Best Defender: Khwan Fore

Khwan was a reliable defender all season for us, and that’s why he started pretty much all year long.

Most Likely to Dunk On Someone: Jordan Nwora

Don’t jump, dude.

Funniest guy: Akoy Agau

Gotta love Akoy.

That’ll do it for the Team 105 Superlatives. Now, the long off-season awaits.

Next. Madness to sadness: Louisville basketball’s season comes to an end. dark

And lastly, to Team 105: You restored the pride in our beloved program and carried yourselves with class and Cardinal pride. You battled with the best of the best, and gave us a lot of great memories in a time that we really needed some. So for that, we thank you Team 105 – and we’ll never forget you.
