Rayjon Tucker

6’5,” 210 lbs

Current school: Arkansas-Little Rock (previously, Florida Gulf Coast)

2018-19: 20.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists

Tucker is probably the most talented graduate transfer on the market to this point.

Louisville’s staff reached out to Tucker mid-season to gauge interest, and since then his stock has only been rising. Virtually every big-name school is in on him. However, with their track record with graduate transfers, and the Cards coming off of a season where their graduate transfer point guard led the ACC in assists, surmise it to say that Mack and company can get a visit from almost any graduate that they want.

Tucker is a freak athlete who began his career at Florida Gulf Coast, but didn’t provide much impact in his first two seasons. However, after sitting out a year, Tucker exploded onto the scene as a redshirt Junior transfer for Arkansas-Little Rock.

He is a score-first guard, but he has excellent handles and could potentially take his man off the dribble better than anyone potentially coming back on Louisville’s roster. Tucker is a career 41% 3 point shooter, and he tallied nearly 7 rebounds and 2 assists per game during his Junior campaign.

Wherever he ends up, Tucker will be a name that is high up on NBA mock draft boards throughout the season, and he would potentially start from game one for the 2019-20 Cards.
