Louisville basketball will lose a lot again after the 2019-20 season. We take a look at the three biggest needs for Chris Mack in 2020.

The 2019-20 season is still more than five months away for Louisville basketball, but it’s never too soon for the Cardinals coaching staff to be thinking about what they need out of the 2020 class.

After the coming season Steven Enoch, Ryan McMahon, Fresh Kimble, and Dwayne Sutton will all certainly be gone due to eligibility. Should Jordan Nwora return for his Junior season, it is highly unlikely that he would stay another year. Not to mention the possibility of a player like Darius Perry, Samuell Williamson, Malik Williams, or Aidan Igiehon testing the draft waters.

Of course, there are more questions than answers, but Mack and his staff know that they will have, at minimum, four openings entering the 2020-21 season.

That means that the staff is weighing all of their options and recruiting accordingly.

We broke down the roster and have the three biggest needs for Louisville basketball in 2020 recruiting class.
