Rodjay turns on the “Burners”

Louisville defensive back Rodjay Burns was a local product most Cards fans really looked forward to seeing in 2018.

Though the Cards’s defense struggled mightily for much of the season, Burns was often a bright spot in the secondary and on special teams.

In an ugly mess of a game in the home opener against Indiana State, Burns was able to capitalize on the wet conditions and house an early punt return.

Burns has been moved to a hybrid linebacker position for 2019, but he showed off impressive speed on this play.
