Louisville basketball: Ranking the incoming players impact in 2019-20

7. Quinn Slazinski

Quinn Slazinski comes in as the potentially least impactful player in 2019-20, but that’s no knock on him.

There’s been a lot of talk of the incoming freshman, who reclassified from 2020 to 2019, possibly redshirting his first season, so there’s potential that he may not even play.

However, with Jordan Nwora still yet to make a decision on returning or going to the NBA draft, there’s still potential for Slazinski to see some clock this coming season.

Slazinski has the tools to be a special player in the near future. However, the way the depth chart is looking, he will be battling Malik Williams, Dwayne Sutton, Jaelyn Withers, Samuell Williamson, and possibly Nwora for playing time.

Look at this season as a year of growth for Slazinksi, but if the Cards need him, he has a game that is next-level ready.
