6. Jaelyn Withers

We’ve mentioned it before, but it’s worth noting that Jaelyn Withers may be the most interesting player coming in from the 2019 recruiting class.

We rank Withers 6th because of his potential impact this season. However, Withers could have the highest ceiling of any player in this class.

At 6’9,” 215-pounds, the incoming freshman has the skillset of a lot of high-level guards and wings. Yet, he brings to the table a long body that could translate to excellent rebounding and defense at the three or four spot for the Cards.

Withers could easily become one of the most impactful players on this team as a freshman if he puts on a little weight and is able to play multiple roles for Mack.

He says that he sees himself as a one or two-and-done, and if that’s the case, Withers will want to see the court right away for the Cards. We put him lower on this list because of what we already know about the guys ahead of him. With that being said, Withers could find his way onto the court a lot sooner than many expect.

Louisville basketball fans should be excited because this is one of the most underrated talents to come to the Ville in years.
