We’re in the heat of the off-season, going into what is expected to be one of the most exciting seasons of Cardinal hoops we’ve ever had. What better time to relive some of our best wins over the last 5 crazy years?

Since the fall of 2015, no one knows better than Louisville basketball fans how quickly a season – or a program – can change. All the uncertainty and trying times have toughened us as a fanbase, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t had our share of fun.

Who can forget the Elite 8 run in 2014-15 when nobody in the country believed we would go that far? Word has it that Mangok’s free throw is still bouncing on the rim.

All jokes aside, the success sustained by the program after winning the title in ’13 considering all the firepower we lost, was pretty amazing.

Forget what the NCAA says, we all know the Cards have put up some exciting W’s despite everyone trying to take their credit. Waiting for basketball to start up again can get kinda boring, especially with all the teasing we’re getting from social media. I mean how could you not be amped up seeing this?

Hopefully, this countdown (in chronological order, not in order of awesomeness) and reliving these memories will at least hold you over a little better until we get to see the Cards suit up again in November.
