Louisville basketball has seven former players on Summer League rosters. We break down who they are and what they need to do to potentially land a roster spot in 2019.

There are four former Louisville basketball players currently on NBA rosters and two more former Cards who are free agents this summer. Donovan Mitchell, Gorgui Dieng, and Montrezl Harrell lead the way, proudly representing their college team every chance they get, and Terry Rozier just signed a shiny new deal with the Hornets, making him the highest paid former Card ever.

However, when the dust settles at the end of July and players begin inking deals with pro teams, the Cards could add a few more names to NBA rosters.

There will be seven former Cards on NBA summer league rosters this year, and many of them have a good chance of at least snagging a two-way contract and gaining some invaluable experience.

The Las Vegas summer league is packed with games from July 5th-15th, and some former fan favorites will have a great opportunity to take their games to the next level.
