Jay Henderson- Indiana

Henderson making the Pacers summer league roster is certainly a surprise to most Cards fans. He didn’t see much clock at all as a walk-on, and never really had a chance for a breakthrough in Louisville or at St. John’s.

However, Henderson has the height and athleticism to be a professional player (6’4,” 180-pounds). Will it be in the NBA? Probably not. But you have to tip your cap to a player who barely got to see any time in college making the most of his opportunities.

You never know what could happen. Henderson could shine on the big stage, and it would be an incredible story to see a former walk-on get serious exposure in the Summer League.
