Kyle Kuric

Perhaps the most successful former Card playing Euro league basketball right now is fan-favorite Kyle Kuric.

Most of the guys on this list are beloved former Cards trying to continue their career, however, Kuric could be the most special of them all.

Who could forget the way he shut down Freedom Hall, scoring 22 points off the bench in an upset of No. 1 Syracuse? Or how about all of the shots from Kyle’s Corner? The Miracle on Main comeback?

Kuric was a fan favorite for the back half of his career, and still has connections with Louisville via his Kyle’s Korner for Kids foundation in association with the university.

Since 2012, Kuric has been a highly touted Euroleague player, and has been named second-team all EuroCup on three occasions and was Spanish Supercup MVP in 2016. What’s even crazier, is how Kuric has bounced back from multiple brain surgeries and other health problems early in his career. He’s had NBA interest multiple times and has stained overseas where’s established himself as a superstar.

Kuric would be a perfect fit on this Louisville team at the peak of his career.
