Three players to watch for Louisville football in fall camp.

There is still a lot up in the air for Louisville football entering the 2020 season.

One thing that is a guarantee? At the very least, the Cardinals will start fall camp on Tuesday to kick off year two under head coach Scott Satterfield and company.

When will the season officially start? Will it start at all? Will the Cardinals get to finish fall camp? These things remain to be seen.

However, regardless of what happens this year, at least we have this. Louisville football has done just about everything in its power to prevent the spread of coronavirus, including implementing strict testing and wearing masks in summer workouts.

Who to keep an eye on for Louisville football

Now, we get to finally embrace the excitement of what a potential season could hold. The Cards get a revamped schedule and, given a lack of roster turnover, have the opportunity to do some special things in 2020.

So, let’s get excited. Let’s ramp up the heat on this season and break down what we expect to see going forward.

That starts with everyone’s favorite offseason topic: breakout players.

Last season we saw virtually an entire roster full of breakout guys at skill positions. Micale Cunningham, Javian Hawkins, Tutu Atwell, Russ Yeast, Marshon Ford, Rodjay Burns, Yasir Abdullah, and so many more maximized their potential under the new coaching staff.

So, what could this year bring?

Here are three players who we should be keeping an eye on in fall camp.
