Louisville football prepares for a ranked battle with Miami.

Louisville football is 1-0 after the first weekend of college football and for the first time in along time sit inside the top 25 polls.

Ranked as the 18th best team in the country, the Cards and Scott Satterfield will look to build on the momentum of Saturday’s 35-21 win over Western Kentucky against the Miami Hurricanes.

Manny Diaz’s squad got the best of Louisville last season, controlling the game from start to finish, and in the second matchup the Cards will have to bring their best in order to move to 2-0.

Between putting up incredible numbers on offense, looking much improved defensively, and not so improved on special teams there’s a lot happening moving into week two.
