These are the players to watch when Louisville football takes on Pittsburgh.

Louisville football will look to get back to their winning ways on Saturday, doing so on the road for the first time in the 2020 season.

Following a frustrating loss to D’Eriq King and the Miami Hurricanes, the Cards will get their second crack at a ranked team when they face no. 21 Pittsburgh at Heinz Field in a game that will feature one of the ACC’s best offenses vs. one of the ACC’s best defenses.

Scott Satterfield told the local media on Monday that he liked the energy and focus that his squad back to practice with just a day after their 47-34 loss, that saw multiple big plays from the Hurricanes thanks to botched defensive assignments.

While many took to social to express frustrations with Bryan Brown and the trouble Louisville’s had with big plays, Satterfield told media that he thought the plays were the result of bad eyes, being in the wrong place, and not reacting quickly enough to the calls.

With a week to get things in order, Louisville will now have to go up against arguably the best offensive team Pittsburgh has had and another capable quarterback in Kenny Pickett.

The Pittsburgh Panthers are loaded with talent and this will be another extremely tough matchup for Louisville, one that will go along way towards being mentioned at the top of the ACC if they win.

Let’s take a look at the players you need to know come Saturday.
