Week 12 – Vs. Kentucky

Date of game: Nov. 27

2020 record: 5-6

Best win: NC State

Key losses: RB AJ Rose, IOL Drake Jackson, OT Landon Young, CB Kelvin Joseph, LB Jamar Watson, LB Jamin Davis

Key returners: RB Chris Rodriguez Jr., OT Darrian Kinnard, LB DeAndre Square, DB Yusuf Corker

The skinny: Kentucky has won two straight in the rivalry in blowout fashion. The Wildcats are finally starting to build a true program and they return a good amount of talent on the defensive side of the ball once again. Kinnard returning is a big deal for the Wildcats who will once again have a solid offensive line despite a couple of losses. I expect this game to be closer than it has been. But Kentucky wins with great defense.

Prediction: LOSS

Overall Record: 7-5
