Week 9 – Vs. Clemson

Date of game: Nov. 6

2020 record: 10-2

Best win: Notre Dame

Key losses: QB Trevor Lawrence, RB Travis Etienne, WR Amari Rodgers, WR Cornell Powell, OT Jackson Carman,

Key returners: QB D.J. Uiagalelei, WR Justyn Ross, DL Myles Murphy, DL Bryan Bresee, CB Derion Kendrick

Coach: Dabo Swinney

The skinny: Louisville got fortunate not having to play Clemson in 2020 after schedule reshuffling. But they will not dodge that bullet this upcoming season, Uiagalelei may not be equivalent to Lawrence right away, but he has every bit the talent. Ross will return after a 2020 injury held him out, and their defensive line is young and nasty. Louisville has next to no chance of winning this game.

Prediction: LOSS
