Class of 2025 Wide Receiver had not received a scholarship offer from any university until Louisville made his dreams of collegiate football a little more attainable.

Washington is the teammate of fellow Louisville offeree in three-star wideout Edwin Joseph. According to 247 Sports, Joseph has not pledged his allegiance to a specific college just yet. But his decision could be swayed by the atmosphere of The Ville this weekend as he is set to be in town for Homecoming weekend against the Pittsburgh Panthers.

The Louisville-South Florida pipeline is still present and has been solidified through the recruitment of several Miami Central products as well as Chaminade-Madonna products. Current Miami Central players include Louisville commits Stanquan Clark and Cataurus Hicks along with Rueben Bain Jr. who has Louisville in his final six schools.

The pipeline in essence began with the hiring of Charlie Strong from the University of Florida coaching staff to him recruiting Teddy Bridgewater. Then the landing of Lamar Jackson forever changed the course of Louisville football.

Washington could join the likes of Bridgewater, Jackson, current linebacker Yasir Abdullah, among several others. The 5-foot-10 wideout has already been making an impact on the field for the Lions this season gaining Player of the Game honors twice. In each game, he had two touchdowns and he is only a sophomore.

He will only continue to excel and learn the ins and outs of the game as he gets older, too. The Miami, Florida product could decide to extend the Louisville-South Florida pipeline and suit up for the Cardinals. He and Edwin Joseph have the potential to line up on the same line of scrimmage in both high school and college. What a unique connection that would be.
