How the weather in Dallas affects the Louisville women’s basketball team

Iowa Hawkeyes
A potential matchup with 2-seed Iowa in the Elite Eight would have any sports fan glued to their television if you are into college basketball or not. It’s like watching two heavyweight fighters in the prime of their careers. Louisville with Hailey Van Lith and her “Mamba Mentality”. Mykasa Robinson the Swiss army knife of this team. Mykasa Robinson does it all for this team and even more that doesn’t show up on a stat sheet. Olivia Cochran inside with Liz Dixon could very well be too much for Iowa to overcome. When you think you may not have enough to get over the hump against Iowa, you bring in Chrislyn Carr, Nyla Harris, and Morgan Jones.
Iowa has star power as well, and an electrifying player with a remarkable ability to shoot the three from the logo, or the parking lot; she is none other than Chef Clark, Curry Jr, Logo Clark or whatever other names you may have for the 27 ppg scorer, but we all know her as Caitlin Clark.
Louisville will need to find a way to keep her off the court at all costs. If her foot is within the lines of play on the basketball court, she is a threat to score. If Louisville can do what we all know this team is capable of in the NCAA Tournament, and make it to the Elite Eight, and play Iowa, then that would be an ending that every Louisville fan would be happy with because this team did struggle throughout the year to find its rhythm.
But now, they have found it. If Louisville can play a full game and find a way to beat a team like Iowa in the Elite Eight, then book your hotel and flight arrangements, I hear the weather in Dallas is really nice that time of year.
