Josh Uduje – 6’5 – Guard – Coastal Carolina

Now to the other coast! Josh Uduje entered the portal late last week after leading the Chanticleers in scoring last season.

Judging by that list, it seems Louisville should be the favorite for the lengthy guard if the Cards do decide to pursue him heavily.

Uduje put up 13.3 PPG, 3.9 RPG, and 1.2 APG on 42% shooting. Those are pretty impressive numbers for a sophomore, who would have three more years of eligibility.

Based on highlights and stats, Uduje seems pretty reliant on his jumper (More than five threes attempted per game), which may be cause for concern since he only shot 32% from behind the arc, but he does seem to be another guy who can score and create his own shot.

That seems like something the Cardinals need after watching El Ellis have to do almost everything for Louisville’s offense last season.

Uduje is another guy that probably wouldn’t get fans super excited, but he’d give the Cards another big guard who can score the ball and match up well on the defensive side.
