When news broke of Dayvion McKnight leaving the Hilltoppers, most of Card Nation, including myself, assumed the Shelbyville native would come back close to home.
But those rumblings and rumors never surfaced into something real.
I wish the staff could’ve landed him, and I’m sad to see him leave the state, but I’ll be cheering for the Bluegrass native next year.
