Khalif Battle – 6’5 – Guard – Temple

Eric Musselman continues to torture the souls of Louisville basketball fans.

There was early buzz about Battle becoming a Cardinal when he first entered the portal and was reached out to by the staff, but that buzz died quickly, as it became a two team race for his services.

Ultimately, the Razorbacks won out over the Golden Knights.

I think Battle would’ve been the perfect two guard for Louisville’s system with his ability to score the ball and provide secondary ball handling. Plus, he would’ve allowed Mike James to move back to his natural spot at the 3.

But, we must move on! The staff has plenty of options still available. Hopefully this commitment will get the Muss Buss out of our way for the next guard transfer.
