Reese Dixon-Waters – Guard – 6’5 – University of Southern California

This one doesn’t hurt as badly as Battle or McKnight, but I still think Dixon-Waters would’ve been a great addition.

Last week, Dixon-Waters was visiting with the University of Texas, so a commit to San Diego State is a bit shocking, but I can’t blame him for wanting to stay out on the west coast and join the national runner-up.

Dixon-Waters would’ve been a great backcourt piece that could’ve came off the bench or started at the 2 for next year’s squad, but it’s onto the next one.

This is another week without a transfer commitment, and I am starting to get a little antsy.

Things seem to be going well with Mackenzie Mgbako, but, currently, the staff doesn’t seem like the leader to land any transfer guard.

If the staff is able to land Mgbako, they must turn their attention to landing a guard (preferably two).

Stay tuned for next week’s update where we can hopefully celebrate a new signing.
