Hunter Sallis – Guard – 6’5 – Gonzaga

A week ago, Card Nation erupted when news came out about Louisville’s staff reaching out to the former McDonald’s All American.

But since that news broke, it has been All Quiet on the Western Front between the Cards and Sallis.

However, things are heating up between Sallis and the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

It was reported last week the Huskers had made Sallis a top priority, and now it looks like Fred Hoiberg is one step closer to landing another transfer.

I think Sallis would make a lot of sense for Louisville with his length and athleticism, but, right now, it seems he is trending in a different direction.
