Madden Sanker – Four-Star Freshman – 6’4″ – 305 Pounds

Madden Sanker was the highest-rated overall offensive lineman in the Class of 2023. Originally, Sanker committed under Head Coach Scott Satterfield but decided to remain with the Cardinals once Jeff Brohm took over at the helm. A consensus four-star product, Madden Sanker was one of the most highly-coveted offensive line prospects in the Class of 2023.

247Sports’ Chris Singletary had this to say about him in his scouting report:

"“The power and physicalness that he plays with stands out when he makes contact with his opponent. Does a good job of clearing through traffic to get to the 2nd level to engage linebackers in the run game. Once he latches on the defender he has strong hands and upper body strength to sustain the block. In the pass game his technique is above average where he shows patience with his hands and timing of his punch. Adequate in his capacity to redirect once the defender changes directions and his to adjust on the move to pick him up. In terms of the bull-rush he is able to anchor down and strong enough to stalemate the pressure of his opponent.”"

Singletary also projected him to be a multi-year Power Five starter and with his level of talent and work ethic, he will be a fan favorite in the city of Louisville very quickly, if not already. Shortly after arriving here, he and fellow incoming freshman Luke Burgess launched L&M Eats, a YouTube show, and podcast discussing the different restaurants in the city of Louisville.
