Joe Crocker – Three-Star Freshman – 6’6″ – 310 Pounds

Joe Crocker is the lone freshman signee who committed to the Louisville football program under Head Coach Jeff Brohm. Crocker committed to Louisville shortly after an official visit in January 2023. Then, on February 1st, he signed his National Letter of Intent.

Before committing to Louisville, he had an impressive list of Division I schools vying for his services. A list that includes Michigan State, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Duke, Kentucky, and even Georgia, among others.

Standing at an impressive 6-foot-6, Crocker was a multi-sport athlete at Franklin Road Academy. He competed in football and wrestling. When on the football field, he was primarily a right tackle but could play the guard position at the collegiate level. Crocker has a good frame and a college-ready body at over 300 pounds, but much like Luke Burgess, he may need a year or two before becoming a full-time starter for the Cardinals.

It will be exciting to watch him develop under the veteran additions and offensive line coach Richard Owens.
