Louisville Football unveils Retro Helmets for Homecoming Game

The Louisville Cardinals will host the #20 Duke Blue Devils this saturday in a huge matchup in the ACC. The Cardinals are going all out with their uniforms, especially for homecoming weekend. The Cardinals will wear the classic red and whites, but will feature the heisman Cardinal on the side of helmets for the 2nd time seen here:

They will have a lot on the table against the Blue Devils and they will certainly look fashionable why doing so. This would be the 2nd time that the Heisman Cardinal would be put on the uniform in recent memory.

The Cardinals enter the game ranked 18th, while Duke fell to #20 in last weeks AP top 25 poll.

The Cardinals and the Blue Devils will kick off at 3:30 inside L&N Stadium on ESPN.

Louisville will certainly need to play well to win this game after the embarrassing Pitt loss, but after a bye week the Cardinals should be refreshed and ready for a new challenge.

If anything Louisville will look fantastic coming out of the tunnel on saturday night.
