What will the final score between the Cavaliers and the Cardinals be?

Louisville will face the Virginia Cavaliers tonight, and a win for the Cardinals could possibly cement a berth in the ACC Championship game, or at least push them even closer to it. However, Louisville cannot overlook the Cavaliers. Virginia sits at 2-7 and are heavy underdogs in this game, and they cannot be overlooked.

Brohm and his Cardinals have been dominant in the past 2 weeks, as they have outscored teams 57-3 in those 2 games. They have really turned it around since the Pitt game where they lost by 17 points to the now 2-7 Panthers. If Virginia wants a shot at winning the football game they will need to hope that the Cardinals come out of tunnel flat and will play down to their competition. It seems like that probably won’t be the case just based on the last 2 weeks alone.

Not only will it be very difficult for Virginia to pull the upset here but it will be a night game in Louisville, which has proved to be very tough for opposing teams in the last 2 years. The Cardinals will also be hosting their very first “glow game” in which fans in the stadium will receive various glow sticks and bands, along with all black and green glow in the dark uniforms. It should prove to be an interesting night in The Ville.

Here are our predictions at the Big Red Louie, and how we think the game will end come Thursday night.
