3. Miami 10-2 (7-2)
Every college football fan has heard this before, but Miami football is back. The Hurricanes started their season by knocking off No. 6 Notre Dame, and followed that up with another ranked win against South Florida. Last week, they knocked off their rival, the Florida Gators, in a dominant victory, proving once more they are the real deal. They still have a decently challenging schedule ahead, as they will face Florida State, Louisville, SMU, Syracuse, and NC State.
2. Georgia Tech 11-1 (8-0)
Haynes King and Georgia Tech are off to a great start. They knocked off Clemson a few weeks ago and may have put the nail in the coffin for their season. The Yellow Jackets do not have a particularly tough conference schedule, as fans can see when they take a look at their schedule. Their two most challenging games remaining are Syracuse and NC State. They do have Georgia to end the season, but they should have a smooth road until then. This season is set up for them to succeed this year and may redeem their vacated 2009 ACC Championship.
