Louisville basketball is coming off a 17-point win over Syracuse, marking the Cardinals' 10th conference win of the season and improving their overall record to 21-9. Now, they have a huge opportunity against Miami to try and snap their three-game road losing streak and earn their first win over a ranked team on the road.

The Cardinals' win over Syracuse allowed Louisville to jump up in the ACC standings as they now sit in sixth place, after leapfrogging North Carolina State. The Cardinals are trending toward either the No. 6 or No. 7 seed in the ACC Tournament, as their final game against Miami has implications for the standings.

So, with just one game remaining in the regular season and the ACC Tournament starting on Tuesday, March 10, let’s take a look at Louisville’s path if the standings end as they are today.

The ACC Tournament will run from March 10-14, with the finals taking place on Saturday, March 14 at 8:30 p.m. local time. All games will be played at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. As of now, Louisville is the No. 6 seed, which means they would play on Wednesday, March 11, and would have to win four games straight if they want to win the program's first-ever ACC Title.
