While Jeff Brohm has delivered one of the best offseasons in the nation, Louisville football still had 29 players enter the Transfer Portal. And while not all of them will affect the Cardinals, there were a few that left a bit of a sting when they entered the portal.
With the portal closing this past Friday, January 16, the Cards managed to avoid multiple disanightmare situations. Louisville fans at first thought it might be a long offseason when AJ Green, Isaac Brown, and Antonio Watts all announced they were entering the portal, but Brohm and Vince Marrow found a way to bring those three stars back.
However, even though Louisville avoided those three disastrous situations, a few other players did stay in the Transfer Portal and commit elsewhere. So, here are the three biggest Louisville transfer losses fans will hate to see in another uniform.
