Ryan Conwell goes for 25+ points
Louisville’s leading scorer is set up for a big night if he finds his stroke early. Conwell has already scored at least 22 points in nine games this season and has hit at least one three-pointer in every game he’s played. He averages 2.9 made threes per game and should see plenty of clean looks in a fast-paced, high-scoring environment.
If Conwell knocks down four or more threes—something he’s done 10 times already this season—he could be looking at a season-high scoring performance.
The matchup also works in his favor. NC State allows 72.5 points per game and gives up an effective field-goal percentage north of 50%. In ACC play, opposing teams’ leading scorers have averaged 20.7 points per game against the Wolfpack. That trend alone suggests vulnerability.
Against a defense that has shown it can be exploited by elite scorers, there’s little reason to doubt Conwell’s ability to take advantage.
