Tyler Lundblade

Tyler Lundblade is currently one of the best pure shooters in the Transfer Portal. The Belmont transfer was one of the best sharpshooters in college basketball last year, shooting 40.6 percent from beyond the arc and making 115 3’s.

The 4-star transfer originally committed to TCU, but after playing in just 15 games over two seasons, he transferred to Belmont, where his career skyrocketed. His first year with the Bruins was even better than his second year, as he shot a dominant 48.6 percent from beyond the arc and splashed 104 3’s. Lundblade splashed 3.2 3’s per game in 2024-25, and he made 3.6 3’s per game this past year.

The Cardinals will have their work cut out for them if they want to earn his commitment, as his former coach at Belmont is now the Kansas State coach, so the Wildcats are the leaders right now. However, Kelsey is a player-coach who shooters like Lundblade love to play for. Louisville needs a pure 3-point shooter, and if Kelsey wants to go get one of the best in the portal, he must reach out to the Belmont transfer.

The 6-foot-5, 195-pound shooting guard ranks No. 4 among shooting guards and No. 10 overall.

ChatGPT’s ‘best portal target’ for Louisville would be a dream for Cardinals fans
