S - Messiah Tilson

Messiah Tilson is from Rockford, IL. He has made quite a name for himself in Illinois, where he has been a standout safety. The 6-foot-2 ball hawk is rated a 4-star on 247Sports. Tilson has reached the top-25 safeties in the nation and the top-10 overall player in Illinois. He committed to Kentucky back in June of this year. Tilson received offers from multiple Big 10 schools, including Rutgers, Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

The secondary has been a question mark for Louisville Football for a few seasons now. This group has seen a lot of roster turnover in the past few years. Therefore, you can never have too many players in the secondary room, and Tilson could become a stud for the Cardinals. Due to the constant roster changes, Tilson could compete for a starting job right away. This would be a great pick-up for Louisville football if they could poke Tilson from the Wildcats.
